I’m based in the U.S. (Or Canada, Australia or Antarctica;), can we still work together?
Yes! We work with clients from all over the world. We tend to use DHL or UPS to make shipments fast and secure.
I know what I want, but I don’t exactly know how to communicate it: Do you come up with the concepts for my product/brand?
Yes! A brief is always helpful, especially when I’m not familiar with your brand. If you’re unsure about what you need, however, no worries! I will guide you through the process and find the best way to solve your communication needs.
What is needed to create a stop motion video?
We need to have your physical product (if applicable). Additionally, we will go through a briefing process together, so that I’m able to showcase your brand accurately.
What is needed to create a digital animation?
We need a high resolution image of your product or a render. If your image is not high resolution, the end result won’t be in high resolution either.
How long will my project take from start to finish?
Depending on the service, it can be 1-4 weeks. For videos of 30 seconds+, the timeline can be longer. Every project gets a production schedule assigned, which is always ran by the client before proceeding.
What material do you need? Are pictures and a description enough?
That’s enough to get things going. Keep in mind that for stop motion and still photography we will need to have the physical product.
I have a product…is it essential that I send it?
Only for stop motion and still photography services!
How can I be sure that I will be satisfied with the final product?
We create mood boards, sketches and/or storyboards (depending on the service). Unless that is 100% approved by you, we do not start working on production. That being said, we spend a good amount of time in the ideation phase to ensure your satisfaction.
In which dimension are the assets delivered?
We can do whichever dimension you need. This, however, must be discussed at the beginning of the project and might incur in additional fees (depending on the service).
I need the content urgently, can you make it happen?
We offer fast turnaround projects for an additional fee. Let us know your needs and we will do our best to make it happen.
Note: Stop motion projects need at least 1 week to be created.
I want X amount of videos every month, can you offer a custom package?
Yes. Please let us know how many videos you’re looking to create and what the goal for that content would be (e.g. fill an Instagram account with content, showcase a variety of products, explain our services, etc).
Do I like puppies?
Of course you do. How wouldn’t you?
How does communication work?
For most projects, we start with a video call so that we can understand each other better and lay down all the important information at once. Afterwards, communication is maintained via e-mail. For big projects, we also use WhatsApp or Signal chats.
Do you have certain working hours?
Yes. First, keep in mind that we’re based in Spain so there might be a time difference between us. Our working hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm. In some cases, shoots can take place at a different time, but this is discussed prior to production.

What are the payment terms?
Terms are: 50% as an advance payment to get started, 50% upon delivery of watermarked final content (Unwatermarked HD content will be only delivered upon verified reception of funds). For agencies, different terms apply.
Will there be any added fees I should worry about?
There will be no surprise fees at all. However, if you decide you want the video to be longer, more props added or any changes that were not agreed upon first, a re-quote shall be provided for that changes to be applied.
And what about taxes?
Quotation does not include taxes. However, if you are in the U.S.A or Australia VAT is 0%. If you are in another EU country and you/your business is registered in the ROI (Register of intra-Community operators), you/your company is subject to VAT reverse charge procedure, which means VAT is 0% too! it’s super easy and convenient! In any case, this info is always provided in the quote.
If you are in Spain, you should expect a 21% VAT tax to be added.
I will need an invoice, how does that work?
We will need you/your company name, address, TAX details, and that’s it!
